5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been issued.

However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine problem with your purchase (for example, the file is corrupted or you did not receive the download link), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@wisdom-trails.com and we will do our best to help.

We are not obliged to offer a refund where you have simply changed your mind about a purchase or where you have already downloaded and accessed the product.
